During the event, the authors of the publication present a practical guide to organizing access to HIV prevention and treatment services for people in migration. Special attention will be paid to an effective tool – the mechanism of remote registration for HIV-positive citizens abroad. This mechanism is described in detail in the accompanying scientific work based on the analysis of experience and best practices in the countries of the EECA region.
