EWNA is hiring an executive director

The Eurasian Women’s Network on AIDS (EWNA) has announced a competition for the position of Executive Director. It will last until February 15.

To participate in the competition, applicants should submit a resume with relevant experience, a motivation letter on compliance with the qualification requirements described in the terms of reference, as well as contacts of two references.

Applications should be sent to Natalia Gerasymchuk at gerasymchuk.nataliia@gmail.com with a copy to ewna.office@gmail.com.

The winner will be selected by an expert selection committee consisting of delegated representatives of the EWNA Board, Secretariat and Supervisory Board, as well as representatives of the organization’s partner networks. If there are candidates with the same level of qualifications, preference will be given to women living with HIV or belonging to vulnerable communities, who are primarily members of EWNA at the time of the competition announcement.

EWNA is a network of women leaders who advocate for the rights of women living with and vulnerable to HIV in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region. These rights are related to access to health care services, including reproductive health, elimination of violence against women, and the right to be involved in political and public discussions that affect our lives and health. EWNA’s Strategic Plan for 2021-2025 includes the following strategic areas: ensuring women’s access to sexual and reproductive health services; combating violence against women living with HIV and vulnerable to HIV; and developing women’s capacity and leadership.
